One-Arm Chest Press: Toe-Lunge Stance
			
		In toe-lunge stance, 
same hand as front leg 
close to chest holding 
tubing, thumb in. Extend 
arm forward, keeping 
elbow close to side.
		Repeat with same 
arm, feet switched. 
Repeat sequence 
with other arm.
		Do ____ repetitions, 
____ sets.
		Anchor at shoulder
